The original ZONK MACHINE® was a classic fuzz pedal first produced in the 1960s and is now considered a highly desirable collectors item commanding prices in excess of £2000.
Although others have attempted copies, we have worked very hard to develop the very best ZONK MACHINE replica available today. From the blue hammered paint finish to the correct-style control knobs, the VPW ZONK MACHINE is correct in every detail.
Transistors are specially selected for low noise and correct hfe. The ZONK MACHINE circuit is very unforgiving of poor transistor selection so we go to extraordinary lengths to ensure that every unit we build performs flawlessly.
Hand built in England.
Many thanks to Graham Green for providing an original unit for inspection.
